YTN法兰耐震压力表采用国际标准制造，符合美国石油协会API标准。

YTN法兰耐震压力表采用法兰连接。用于石油钻井开采、化工、机械、煤碳、冶金、、电力、地质矿山、大型泵站、部门的钻井、防喷设备等领域。也可用来测量静压。仪表且有良好的抗震性能。在使用时不但能测量剧烈脉动的压力，而且有承受瞬时性压力冲击，以及安装位置和运输过程的颠震，指示平稳、清晰。YTN耐震压力表具有被测介质不能进入仪表内部的“防堵”等优点，因此允许介质高粘度、高粒度、易凝固等，如泥浆。使用安全可靠。

1、测量范围：16MPa， 25MPa, 35MPa, 40MPa，60MPa, 80MPa，100MPa，120MPa、160Mpa．其他的压力单位有：PSI,Kg/cm2, kPa, BAR。

2、仪表构成：仪表主要由密封垫，膜片组，叉簧，传动指示机构和外壳组成。

3、工作温度：仪表正常工作环境温度为-25-55C

4、主要型号：YTN1-100、YTN-150、YTN-200

5、精度等级：1.6级(≥40Mpa)；2.5级(≤25Mpa)

6、连接螺纹：法兰

具有可靠的密封性和防腐蚀措施，可以在较恶劣的环境中工作。

注：使用说明：

仪表应垂直安装，尽量靠近测量点；

环境温度偏离20±5℃时，应考虑温度附加误差；

仪表工作时应松开顶部的充油螺钉，以释放由温度引起的表壳内压。

为延长仪表使用寿命和保证测量准确性，仪表宜用在其测量上限的1/3~2/3。

可根据客户要求设计、开发制造。

Note:

Install the gauge vertically and keep the nearest to the measured unit

Please consider temp. Error when ambient temp. deflects from 20±5℃.

Loosen oiling screw to release inner pressure in operating.

Keep the gauge within 1/3-2/3 of the upper limit to ensure life.
